Built-In Hideaway: Despite its open-top design, the habitat includes a built-in hideaway for your tortoise to seek refuge when they need a moment's rest or some privacy. The hideaway cubby measures 12 inches in width, 11 inches in depth, and 9.5 inches in height, with an opening of 8.25 inches in width and 7.1 inches in height.

Additional Features: The habitat is equipped with cutouts on both sides near the back, allowing for the easy mounting of LED lights. For added convenience, the Reptology Tortoise Habitat can be effortlessly moved around with the use of Caster Wheels (Model #: REPTH4W), which are available separately. The Caster Wheels are designed for easy pivoting and can be locked into place. Please note that there are no pre-drilled holes for mounting, so it is advisable to use a powered drill for installation.
